Hello Lord and Aksana,
It was nice meeting you last Sunday, we truly enjoyed the Russian food. The goulash chunks of meat was so tender that it practically falls apart in your mouth and the richness of the sauce was exquisite. You mentioned that it has been stewing for hours, i can believe it and it was a perfect companion to the bed of mashed potatoes underneath. Glad that you use real potatoes than the rehydrated powdered one that a lot of restaurants use. The vegetarian golubtsi wre also quite a treat, i liked how it was paired with grilled eggplant and sour cream, yummy! 3 pieces for PHP95.00 was quite a deal. You should setup a restaurant soon so that people would not have to wait a whole week to experience their share of Russia! :-p
